We are a company who has focus in Energy in the Building, we are born from the related expertises, which is HVAC expert and Automation/Monitoring System expert who has concern in Green Issue. Later on, we are become Greencomm Engineering.

 

Our company was founded on the idea of reducing energy consumption. Since HVAC is most contributed in consuming electrical energy, we have to support you to improve your HVAC efficiency.

 

Before improving the efficiency, we must know first the actual current efficiency. Measuring energy performance and energy consumption is the key point to conclude what we should do for next improvement.

 

Monitoring System shall be needed in measuring energy. There's many building has Building Monitoring System (BMS), but unfortunatelly most of them could not monitor the Energy Efficiency. We'd like to optimize your Building Monitoring System to become Energy Monitoring System also, in case your BMS running in a certain protocol. Otherwise, we also can provide you a dedicated Energy Monitoring System.

 

Continously monitoring efficiency is necessary to determine the timing when the corrective maintenance and improvement maintenance shall be conducted before equipment reached the worst efficency in operation.
